Why isn't the Elite Recruit Shop always open?
We are a new business and still working out the kinks on the website. Once we have everything perfected, we will be open full time!
Are there refunds?
Because all of our products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds.
We do, however, provide 2 minor edits within 7 days of receiving your final copy to ensure everything looks exactly how you want it.
What if something isn't working right?
We are still building the website and working out the kinks. If there is something you would like to purchase, but the website won't let you, please shoot us an email and we can help!
Where can I find more recruiting resources?
Recruiting can feel overwhelming, especially if youâre not sure where to start. While our products help athletes stand out, we also recommend learning the full recruiting process.
One resource we often suggest is Coach Renee Lopez. Her website offers helpful guidance for families navigating recruiting, and her book Looking for a Full Ride? provides a step-by-step breakdown of the process.
If you're on Facebook, her group is also a great place to search for answers and learn from other parents going through the same journey. We recommend using the search bar to answer look for answers to your questions.
